AIR FRYER: Preheat or set the air fryer to 170°C. Place the koftas in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes (from defrosted) or 12-15 minutes (from frozen) or until cooked through.
FRY PAN: Fry koftas in a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side (from defrosted) until browned and cooked through.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (FF). Place koftas on a baking paper-lined tray, bake for 15-20 minutes (from defrosted) or 25-30 minutes (from frozen), or until brown and cooked through.
