Little taste bombs of goodness – kinda like dumplings without the wrappers - studded with crunchy water chestnuts and bright green edamame and flavoured with soy, ginger and spring onion. Hand around at drinks time, toss through Japanese noodles or stash a few in a lunchbox with sweet chilli sauce – they're a total solution to most of life’s bite-sized problems. 

To Serve

Serve with Asian slaw and sweet chilli sauce or toss through udon or soba noodles with greens, spring onions and coriander.

Free range chicken mince (60%), edamame (soy) (11%), panko breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, dextrose, water), onion, water chestnuts (water chestnuts, water, citric acid), ginger, GF soy sauce (water, soybean, rice, salt), garlic, spring onion, salt, lemon zest, olive oil
