Little taste bombs of goodness – kinda like dumplings without the wrappers - studded with crunchy water chestnuts and bright green edamame and flavoured with soy, ginger and spring onion. Hand around at drinks time, toss through Japanese noodles or stash a few in a lunchbox with sweet chilli sauce – they're a total solution to most of life’s bite-sized problems. 

To Serve

Serve with Asian slaw and sweet chilli sauce or toss through udon or soba noodles with greens, spring onions and coriander.

    Very yum - slightly older kids may prefer the ginger flavour

    Tried these with my 3yo and the ginger flavour was probably a little too strong for her but I thought they were amazing! Incidentally 18 month old loved them!
