To Cook
Defrost fully. Pat dry the fish with paper towel. Heat a lightly oiled fry pan and cook the fish for 2-3 minutes each side over moderate heat. Lower the heat and add the sauce, allow to simmer gently till the salmon is cooked to your liking.
