Complete your dinner with the simplest of green additions, throw some chopped broccolini into the pan for the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, and your work here is done. If you have more time and inclination on your hands, steamed green beans, dressed with butter and slivered almonds or a bowl of buttered green peas would be lovely on the side. To Cook
Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Remove the plastic film and sauce. DEFROSTED: drizzle the chicken with olive oil and cook for 25 minutes, pour over the sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes. FROZEN: place the bag of sauce in a bowl of warm water and set aside. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil. Cook for 40 minutes, pour over the sauce and cook for a further 15 minutes.
