Our number one best-selling, best-loved lasagne is a reminder of just how good this celebratory Northern Italian dish can be – fresh, silky pasta sheets layered with a rich, slow-cooked beef and red wine ragu and mozzarella and blanketed in Parmesan-laced bechamel. It takes hours to make! And just minutes to wolf down... 

Serve with a salad of mixed green leaves or rocket and Parmesan. If feeding hungry teens, you might want to supply some crusty bread on the side, too.

 

We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients, just like you would at home. We do occasionally use kitchen pantry staples that include some additives. For example, tomato sauce contains acetic and critic acid.

Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 40 minutes or until golden across the top. FROZEN: cook for approximately 55 minutes or until golden across the top. ESSENTIAL: allow to rest for 10 minutes to firm up otherwise it will be sloppy!

    The Best Lasagne You'll Ever Eat

    I couldn't make a lasagne as good as this, even after hours in the kitchen. I will never bother making one again. And it's from freezer to table in a little over an hour--love it!
