A blessed little miracle to have in the freezer, containing everything you need – prepared rice noodles, marinated free-range chicken breast, peanuts, julienned veg and a fab, tangy dressing – to whip up everyone’s favourite Thai takeaway in way less time than it would take to order it. Throw in additional herbs, bean sprouts and chilli sauce to create the custom Pad Thai of your dreams or dish it up as is for the easiest and most vibrant of midweek dinners.
To Serve
Completely satisfying as is but there’s no end to the ways you can customise your Pad Thai. Bean sprouts and a scrambled omelette? But of course. Thai basil, coriander and chopped chillies? Why ever not? A big squirt of sriracha and a squeeze of lime? You know you want to. We’re down with it all.
Ingredients
We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients,

Best Pad Thai
I wasn’t expecting this dish to go hard, but it was most excellent! From the pre-prepared chicken, noodles and veg, to the large portion size, to the completed dish and taste, this has got to be one of the easiest, flavourful and best pad Thai at home dishes I’ve had in a while!
