A substantial snack on the run for hungry kids, WFHers or late-night freezer-raiders. All that stands between them and cheesy, beefy, melty Mexican goodness is six minutes and a sandwich press. We’ve even snuck in a load of veg – tomatoes, red capsicum, corn and beans – to tick every box. Too easy – and pretty near irresistible.
To Serve
Tbh, most people will just hoe right in, hot off the press or pan, with nothing more complicated on the side than hot sauce for the chilli heads. But you could easily dress these up as a more elegant lunch and serve with a cabbage slaw dressed with lime juice and guacamole or pico di gallo (diced tomatoes and red onion tossed with lime juice and coriander).
Ingredients
We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients,
just like you would at home. We do occasionally use kitchen pantry staples that include
some additives. For example, tomato sauce contains acetic and critic acid.
Defrost fully. Remove the quesadillas from the bag.
SANDWICH PRESS: Heat a large sandwich press and toast for 6 minutes or until crispy and the filling is hot.
FRY PAN: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, fry each quesadilla for 3 minutes a side until crispy and the filling is hot.

Great delish quick meal
