Tbh, most people will just hoe right in, hot off the press or pan, with nothing more complicated on the side than hot sauce for the chilli heads. But you could easily dress these up as a more elegant lunch and serve with a cabbage slaw dressed with lime juice and guacamole or pico di gallo (diced tomatoes and red onion tossed with lime juice and coriander).

Devoured by Mum, Dad, and both kids under 5. Even fussy/tentative eater dived in once he saw how much everyone else was enjoying. Sour cream on the side for dipping/slathering. Yum!
