To Cook
Peel back the plastic film. Remove sachet of raita and lay the film back over the tray. DEFROSTED: Microwave for 3 minutes or until piping hot. FROZEN: Place the raita in a bowl of water to defrost. Microwave for 3 minutes, stir then microwave for another minute or until piping hot. Serve with the raita on the side. Microwave ovens vary considerably, please adjust heating times if necessary.
