Cauliflower and smoked cheese gratin

Cauliflower and smoked cheese gratin

Cauliflower and smoked cheese gratin

New-school cauliflower cheese – taken to the next level by enriching the silky bechamel sauce with top quality King Island smoked cheddar and spiking it with chives. The gratin is topped with more crumbled smoked cheddar, Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs, ready to bake to bubbling golden deliciousness. Dish it up with a salad and call it dinner – or serve alongside the Sunday roast chook, beef or lamb.

To Serve

This makes a simple and satisfying side dish to any grilled or roast dinner.

* We don’t add preservatives or additives to our meals – we cook with the same real ingredients you would find in your home fridge and pantry. Some of these household ingredients do contain sub-ingredients, for example Dijon mustard contains sulphites and crushed tomatoes contain citric acid. We try to find products with as few additives as possible and always list every ingredient in our meals, both here and on the label.
