Beetroot and buckwheat falafels, pearl cous cous salad, pickled red cabbage, turmeric-roasted cauliflower and a good drizzle of our green tahini dressing on top. A one bowl wonder for one. No Prep, Microwavable

Peel back the film and remove the sachet then lay the film back over the tray. DEFROSTED: Microwave for 2 minutes or until piping hot and drizzle with green tahini sauce. FROZEN: Defrost the sachet in a bowl of warm water, then microwave the dish for 3 minutes remove the falafels and continue heating for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot. Add the falafels and drizzle with green tahini sauce.
