Bangers and mash

Bangers and mash are always a winner on a chilly night when you’ve got no clue what’s for dinner. Here, a trio of beef and thyme chipolatas are kept in very good company with veggie-packed mash made with sweet potato and regular spuds, alongside sweet green peas and a warming gravy on top. A hearty, reliable and unapologetically delicious dinner for one.
