Defrost in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours. This kit includes one roll of parmesan biscuit mix, one sachet of mascarpone and one sachet of red capsicum tapenade. Enough to make and decorate about 24 biscuits. Slice the biscuit roll into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices and place on a baking paper-lined tray in a preheated (FF) 200C oven for 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray. When the biscuit is cool to the touch, dollop with a small amount of the mascarpone and top with the red capsicum tapenade. Add a small basil leaf if desired to garnish. Serve with a bottle of champagne.
