Yes, they really can do it all. That is exactly what everyone will be thinking while you put the finishing touches on our new holiday canapé. Our Parmesan and rosemary biscuit mix arrives in a roll, ready to slice, bake and top with lush mascarpone cream and red capsicum tapenade. Very little effort for such a big flavour reward. Bonus prep points: the buttery golden biscuits can be baked ahead and stored in a sealed container until you are ready to top and serve.

Some Prep

Defrost in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours. This kit includes one roll of parmesan biscuit mix, one sachet of mascarpone and one sachet of red capsicum tapenade. Enough to make and decorate about 24 biscuits. Slice the biscuit roll into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices and place on a baking paper-lined tray in a preheated (FF) 200C oven for 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray. When the biscuit is cool to the touch, dollop with a small amount of the mascarpone and top with the red capsicum tapenade. Add a small basil leaf if desired to garnish. Serve with a bottle of champagne.
