This is what we’d all be making if we had a lazy few hours and the need to get ahead in life prep – a wholesome slice that will find a happy home in a kid’s lunch box, a brunch table or cut into dinky squares as a canapé. We supply the uncooked mix of roast, sliced zucchini, pancetta, free-range eggs, tasty cheese and enough flour to bind – you just whack it in the oven straight from frozen.

To Cook
Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Remove plastic film before baking. DEFROSTED: Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer tests clean. FROZEN: Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a skewer tests clean. Slice into four and serve with a leafy salad. Alternatively, cut into 24 squares for lunch box snacks, or canapes topped with crème fraiche or relish.
