Bake-at-home berry crumble cake

Bake-at-home berry crumble cake

The best of all worlds – fluffy cake, a jammy jumble of berries and an almondy crumble topping. We dish it up uncooked for you to fill your home with irresistible toasty aromas as it bakes. Dish it up warm with icecream or custard – and save a slice for tomorrow’s lunchbox, if you have the willpower....

To Serve

Serve warm as a dessert, with icecream, double cream or custard and a few extra fresh berries scattered around. Equally good the next day, at room temperature, with a cup of mid-morning coffee.

Ingredients

Sugar, berries (19%) (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries), butter (cream(milk)), yoghurt (milk, skim milk powder, cultures), self-raising flour (wheat flour, raising agents (339, 341, 450, 500)), free range eggs, almond, plain flour (wheat), salt, vanilla extract, lemon zest, cinnamon, olive oil

* We don’t add preservatives or additives to our meals – we cook with the same real ingredients you would find in your home fridge and pantry. Some of these household ingredients do contain sub-ingredients, for example Dijon mustard contains sulphites and crushed tomatoes contain citric acid. We try to find products with as few additives as possible and always list every ingredient in our meals, both here and on the label.
