Pierce the plastic film several times. DEFROSTED: microwave for 3 minutes, remove film, stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes or till piping hot. FROZEN: microwave for 4 minutes, remove film, stir and microwave for a further 2-3 minutes or till piping hot. Microwave ovens vary. Please adjust heating times if necessary.
