Attention truffle lovers; this one’s for you. We sauté mushrooms with garlic and thyme, seasoning them with a delicate touch of truffle salt — a sprinkle of earthy, aromatic goodness that makes everything taste just a bit more luxe. There’s creamy ricotta and Parmesan between the layers, and on top, a blanket of béchamel and golden mozzarella. Rich, savoury, and perfectly indulgent.

To Serve

Serve with a big leafy salad dressed with a zingy vinigiarette.

Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 40 minutes or until golden across the top. FROZEN: cook for approximately 50 minutes or until golden across the top. ESSENTIAL: allow to rest for 10 minutes to firm up otherwise it will be sloppy! Serve with a green salad. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary.

    Wow, delicious and one of my new favourites.

    Hands down one of the best meals you have ever made. Super tasty and jam packed full of mushroom. A very filling dish as well so you don’t need a lot. I hope it doesn’t disappear from the menu!!
