Preheat oven (FF) to 200C and remove the plastic film. Generously drizzle the top with olive oil.
DEFROSTED: cook for 30-35 minutes or until piping hot. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
FROZEN: cook for 45-50 minutes or until piping hot. Cover with foil if the top is getting too brown. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with a green salad such as rocket and shaved fennel and crusty bread.
