Free-range chicken supremes marinated in a lively Mexican marinade of smoky chipotle, jalapenos and cumin with zingy jalapeno/lime dressing on the side and saucy black turtle beans and diced roast sweet potato to round out the package. Dish up as is or slice and fill soft tortillas to feed a crowd. Minimal fuss, maximal impact. 

To Serve

Serve as it comes, with an iceberg and avocado salad or a cabbage-based slaw, dressed with lime juice. To feed a crowd, slice the cooked chicken breasts and serve in soft tortillas with shredded cabbage or lettuce, guacamole and sour cream.

Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Peel off the plastic film and remove the sachet. DEFROSTED: Place the foil tray in the oven and roast uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and its juices run clear when pierced. FROZEN: Cover with foil and cook for 25 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and its juices run clear when pierced.
