Roast sweet potato and jalapeno quesadillas
Small: 440g- 2 quesadillas- serves 2
Prep, Cook and Serve
Small: Defrost fully. Remove the two quesadillas from the bag. Heat a large sandwich press and toast for 6 minutes or until crispy and piping hot. Alternatively, heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and pan fry for 3 minutes a side until crispy and piping hot. Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
