Roast cauliflower with miso cream

Roast cauliflower with miso cream

Creamy, toasty, salty, savoury — all the big winners for a brilliant vegetable dish. The sesame-miso cream adds a touch of glam — something you’d normally find at a restaurant, now on the table at your place. Topped with charred roasted cauliflower, edamame beans, and a furikake sprinkle, it’s so simple to rustle up and will score big points at your next dinner party.

To Serve

Serve as a side with roast chicken or lamb koftas, or let it be the main star and pair it with a big summery salad and flatbreads to mop up all the sesame-miso cream.

Ingredients

Cauliflower (59%), edamame (soy), rice bran oil, white miso paste (water, soybean, rice malt, salt, alcohol 2%, riboflavin (101)), spring onion, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt, alcohol, sugar, food acids (262, 270, 260), sesame oil, red chilli paste. Miso cream (20%) (sour cream (pasteurised cream (milk), cultures), sesame paste, creme fraiche (pasteurised cream (milk), cultures), white miso paste (9.5%) (water, soybeans (soy), rice malt, salt, alcohol 2%, riboflavin (101)), sugar, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt, alcohol, sugar, food acids (262, 270, 260), mirin (glucose syrup (glucose, dextrose), rice, alcohol, koji (rice, rice yeast)), rice vinegar, garlic, red chilli paste). Furikake seasoning (sesame seeds, seaweeds, garlic, sugar, sunflower oil, soy sauce powder, spices)
