Mongolian lamb stir-fry

Mongolian lamb stir-fry

Legend has it that a traditional Mongolian stir-fry was cooked in a warrior’s shield over an open flame. You can try whatever technique you like at home with our riff on the takeaway classic, but we think a wok does the job quite well. It's packed with crunchy broccoli florets, sliced Australian lamb, snake beans and the familiar combo of soy, garlic and spring onion. Ready in minutes and devoured just as quickly.

To Serve

Serve it up alongside our coconut rice or a bowl of steamed jasmine rice.
