To Cook
DEFROSTED: peel back the film and remove sachet of pesto. Lay the film back over the tray and microwave for 3 minutes, stir and heat for another 1 minute. Alternatively, empty the soup into a saucepan and heat gently until piping hot. FROZEN: peel back and place the sachet of pesto in a cup of warm water. Lay the film back of the tray and microwave for 6 minutes, stir, and heat for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot.
