To Cook
Remove the sachet of sambal and discard the paper. Preheat oven (FF) 200C. DEFROSTED: cook in the tray for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through. FROZEN: cook in the tray for 55-60 minutes or until cooked through. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with pan juices and serve with steamed or coconut rice, roti bread and steamed greens or salad with the sambal on the side.
