Defrost fully before cooking. Heat a griddle, barbecue hot plate or a lightly oiled frying pan. Fry the burger patties for approximately 4 minutes a side or until cooked to your liking. Serve in burger buns with salad leaves, fresh tomato and relish Tip: you can also roll the burgers into smaller size patties to serve in pita bread, as part of a mezze plate or in lunch boxes.

We combine smoky chorizo mince with beef mince, diced onions, garlic, smoked paprika and fresh parsley and roll into burger patties, ready for the BBQ!

We cooked these patties on the BBQ recently for our housewarming and had our guests DIY putting the burger together. They were a hit! The chorizo adds a nice punch of flavour.
