Chocolate and raspberry self-saucing pudding

Prep, Cook and Serve
Small: Preheat the oven (FF) to 160C. Remove plastic film and PLACE ON A BAKING TRAY. DEFROSTED: carefully pour 200ml of boiling water over the pudding. Cook in oven for 35 minutes. FROZEN: carefully pour 200ml of boiling water over the pudding. Cook in oven for 50 minutes. Serve with ice cream and or double cream and extra raspberries if you like. NB: Please take care handling boiling water. Frozen product. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook within 48 hours. This product contains raw eggs and should be fully cooked before consumption.
