To Cook
Defrost fully, heat some oil in a wok or fry pan, then add the beef strips, flipping and stirring till browned, add the vegetables and continue to stir fry for approximately 30 seconds then add the sauce and cashews and mix through. Serve with coconut rice or noodles. Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

A pouch of brown rice, add a few more veg if you are like me and want to get lots of veg and you have dinner on the table in less than 10 minutes. So much quicker than a takeaway, tastes better and is so much more healthy
