Prep, Cook & Serve

Small:

Preheat oven (FF) to 200C and remove the plastic film DEFROSTED: cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown and piping hot in the middle. FROZEN: cook for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and piping hot in the middle. Serve with a leafy green salad.

Large:

Preheat oven (FF) to 200C and remove the plastic film DEFROSTED: cook for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and piping hot in the middle. FROZEN: cover with foil and cook for 60-70 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown and piping hot in the middle. Serve with a leafy green salad.

How We Make It

There's nothing super-complicated about this dish, but it takes time and care to get the elements right - the pasta cooked al dente, the bacon crisped, the ricotta sauce smooth and creamy. We combine them all with baby peas and spinach (you don't even have to cook vegetables on the side! bonus!) and smooth the mixture into trays, before topping with Parmesan breadcrumbs.
