DID YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON OUR LAST WEBSITE?

No problem! Our new website will take your order without needing an account but if you prefer you can create a new one as it has not been transferred across.

I HAD FUNDS LEFT OVER FROM A GIFT CARD ON MY OLD ACCOUNT, HOW DO I USE THEM?

All you need to do is enter the access key that is on the voucher to the gift voucher/discount code section at checkout and the voucher will apply to your order. You can repeat this over as many orders are needed to use your entire voucher. Please note that the ‘check gift card balance’ function will not work for vouchers purchased through the old website.

I HAD ACCOUNT CREDIT ON MY OLD ACCOUNT, HOW DO I RETRIEVE IT?

If you had outstanding credit on your previous account please check your email for a gift card from us. This is to the value of the credit you had left and can be used on your next order simply by entering the code at the checkout. For some emails, gift cards may turn up in your junk email or for Gmail customers, in your ‘promotions’ folder.

DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

No! Simply start browsing or shopping. We'll ask you for all the information we need when you've added items to your basket and reach the checkout page.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT OR COMMIT TO WEEKLY ORDERS?

No! There’s no lock-in contract and you can place orders as often as you’d like.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL A SMALL OR LARGE SERVE?

DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

We try to cook something for everyone but we are not an allergen-free kitchen. You can filter our recipes on the website to exclude any of the major allergens. For other allergies and intolerances – such as garlic or onion – it is best to click on the dinner's image and check the ingredients list.

ARE YOUR MEAT SUPPLIERS HALAL?

Yes, our lamb, beef and poultry is halal certified.

HOW DO YOU TRANSPORT FROZEN DINNERS SO FAR WITHOUT THEM DEFROSTING?

We have a wonderful courier partner, who collects your order from our kitchen and transports it to a local depot in a long-haul freezer truck. It is then stored in a freezer until the local delivery is made, in a refrigerated van.

ARE THE OVEN TEMPERATURES FOR FAN-FORCED OR CONVECTION OVENS?

Our dinners are tested using fan-forced ovens, but if you don’t have a fan-forced oven you can add 10 degrees to the temperature listed in our instructions. Ovens do vary so please adjust times if necessary.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not been processed for packing and delivery we are more than happy to help you amend your order. Please note that if your order has passed that cut-off date we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

I MADE AN ORDER AS A GIFT. HOW WILL I KNOW IT'S BEEN DELIVERED?

We send the delivery tracking and delivery information as a text message to the mobile number listed as the recipient mobile number on the order.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY DELIVERY COMES?

No. Most of our deliveries are made when the customer isn't home. You're busy! That's why we exist! We pack your order in an insulated box and an ice pack, which keeps things frozen for many hours after delivery. We do need to leave it in a safe place though, so please nominate this in your delivery instructions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DELIVERY IS COMING?

A text message will be sent to you within 24 hours of your delivery with a tracking link which provides an ETA. This will update as the driver progresses through the day. Please note that the ETA may change frequently due to traffic or unexpected delays on the road.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE BOX, INSULATION AND ICE PACK?

The cardboard box can be added to your household recycling. The insulation is 100% reusable plastic and can go in the soft plastics bins at the supermarket. If you can't re-use the gel ice pack, the contents can be mixed in with soil for pot plants or the garden to help retain water. Our pulp trays are made from natural wheat straw and sugar cane, so you can throw them straight in your compost or recycling (remove the plastic liner first). The soft plastic pouches can be rinsed and recycled at the soft plastics bins at your local supermarket.

I'VE BEEN GIVEN A GIFT VOUCHER. HOW DO I USE IT?

Place your order online and enter your unique gift voucher code at checkout. This will credit your bill. Any leftover value on your gift voucher can be used at a later date by entering the code again.

CAN I GET A TAX INVOICE?

Yes! You can download your tax invoice from your confirmation email which was sent when you placed your order. Scroll to the bottom to find the download link for your invoice.
