Introducing our new build your own mozzarella and tomato pizza that is delightfully different. Sporting a new crispy and substantial base, it's more than enough for two people (or one if you're hungry). We make a thick, rich sauce of tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano and basil and spread it across a thin pizza base which we then scatter with shredded mozzarella. It is ready to be topped with all your favourite toppings and an essential for the freezer when you're stuck on ideas.

Small:
Serves one (hungry) to two adults
Throw a handful of rocket leaves on top and drizzle with olive oil, or use as a base and add your own toppings before cooking - Pino's chorizo, chopped ham or salami, marinated grilled vegetables, black olives, anchovies, etc.

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours. For best results, cook from frozen. 

Preheat the oven to 230C, remove the plastic film and cake board and carefully slide the pizza out from the packet straight onto a hot oven rack until bubbling and beginning to brown (approx 8-10 minutes). If frozen, place in the oven as above, straight from the freezer cooking for 10-12 minutes.
