Choc-coconut bliss bombs (new recipe!)

Back to Home

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

We've slightly tweaked the recipe for these balls combining the classic flavours of chocolate and coconut and, in our opinion, they're even more delicious. There's still no added sugar, other than the natural sweetness of the dates, plus there's added nutrition from pea protein - plus protein crisps which add a little crunch.

INGREDIENTS

Dates, soluble corn fibre, coconut, pea protein isolate, coconut flour, protein crisps (isolated soy protein, tapioca starch, salt), cocoa powder, natural chocolate flavour.

ALLERGENS

CONTAINS:
Soy.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF:
Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Gluten, Dairy, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, Egg, Lupin.
PLEASE NOTE:
While we make every effort to ensure dishes are free of cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.

GOES WITH

We always keep a stash of these little darlings in the fridge, for afternoon pick-me-ups, lunchbox snacks and to fill that lurking chocolate-shaped after-dinner hole. They go nicely with a cup of tea or coffee.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Once defrosted, keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: while every effort has been made to remove all date seeds, some may remain.

Allow the balls to come to room temperature to soften before eating.
