HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

This bread not only tastes good - but it does good. The Bread and Butter Project is the not-for-profit arm of Bourke Street Bakery, training refugees in the art and science of baking. They do amazing work - and make a great product. This is the most user-friendly, go-anywhere loaf in their range - it's already sliced so makes easy work of toast and sandwiches.

White wheat flour, water, malt, salt.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Allow it to defrost for use in sandwiches with fillings of your choice or pop in the toaster frozen.
