Roast Fennel & Carrots with Mediterranean Spices

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
Preheat oven to 200C. Remove the film from the tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes (from defrosted) to 35 minutes (from frozen) allowing to rest for 3 minutes after taking out of the oven.
Enjoy as a side with the Herby Crumbed Fish fillets and some of our tartare sauce. Would also go great with some roasted lamb or chicken and tossed through with some spinach leaves for extra greenery.
