Warm freekeh salad with roast pumpkin and tahini
Frozen product. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. For best results cook in the oven.
Please Note: This dish comes in a microwave safe foil container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.
SMALL: Peel back the film and remove the sachet of seeds/ nuts and dressing. Place the foil tray in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes (from defrosted) to 30 minutes (from frozen).
LARGE: Peel back the film and remove the sachet of seeds/ nuts and dressing. Place the foil tray in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes (from defrosted) to 40 minutes (from frozen).
These foil trays are also microwave-safe. Make sure there is enough room for the trays to move freely. Peel back the film and remove the seeds, nuts and dressing. Microwave gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Add the nuts and seeds, throw in some rocket and baby spinach and drizzle with yoghurt tahini dressing. Can also be served at room temperature.
