These buns are made by the good people at Bread and Butter project and they're pretty amazing. They're allowed to rise twice making them super light before being baked in the oven.

Our beef burger of course with all the trimmings - lettuce, mayo, pickles, cheese, onion, beetroot, Bangalow Bacon. Say that three times fast! Or pulled pork with bbq sauce and slaw.

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours. Please note - because this product is delicate and light, it may defrost in transit. 

Allow buns to defrost at room temperature. Cut them in half directly across the middle. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with olive oil and heat to medium-high. Over medium-high heat, toast cut side down in a frying pan for about 30-45 seconds or until golden brown, flip over and toast for another 15-20 seconds.
