This comes as a prettily layered pouch of frozen raspberries, mangoes, banana and raw cashews, ready for you to add your liquid of choice and blitz.

makes about 900ml - enough for three smoothies.
You could sprinkle with seeds, nuts, toasted coconut and/or granola or drink it as is.
Frozen product. Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.

Place contents in the large container of a high-speed bullet-style blender (whack the pouch first to loosen the fruit) and top up with approx 300 - 450 ml liquid of your choice. We like coconut water but any type of milk or yoghurt would work well too. Blitz until smooth and uniformly pink and serve immediately.
