We make this muffin mix exactly - first mixing the dry ingredients, then quickly folding in the liquid ingredients and fruit -  then snap-freeze it so all you have to do is bake them - and the end result is entirely as if you had made them from scratch by yourself.  Perfect for lunchboxes - and cakestalls!

  • Individual:Serves one adult.
  • Small:Serves two adults.
  • Large:Serves 4-5 adults.

Please note: this is a raw mix and should be fully cooked before consumption.  Although this mix is  frozen, it remains soft - it is still at a safe temperature. 

Defrost fully, then spoon mixture into paper-lined muffin trays and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 medium muffins. 

Freezing/defrost information: defrost overnight in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
