This can be warmed up and then all you have to do is dress it with our herby and citrus dressing - lemon juice, garlic, mint, coriander, red wine vinegar and olive oil and finish the dish with a sprinkle of toasted almonds.

Serve as a warmed side dish with the North African coconut chicken or a tagine - or add roasted vegetables, a handful of rocket and grilled halloumi to make a more substantial vegetarian dish.
TO COOK INDIVIDUAL: Peel back the film and remove the lid from the dressing. Lay the film back over the tray and microwave for 1 minute (from defrosted/frozen). Remove the dressing, stir cous cous and microwave for a further 1-2 minutes (from frozen). Pour the dressing over the cous cous and mix through.

DEFROST INFORMATION: Suitable for freezing. Defrost overnight in the fridge or reheat straight from frozen. Serve warm or at room temperature.
