Warm cous cous salad with chickpeas and almonds
We combine wholesome couscous with nutritious tender chickpeas and flavour this mix with vegetable stock, preserved lemon and currants. This is dished up for you to warm and dress
Serve as a warmed side dish with the Chermoula chicken or the Moroccan meatballs. You can also add roasted vegetables, a handful of rocket and grilled halloumi to make a more substantial vegetarian dish.
Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Please note that this dish comes in a micro-safe container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has the room to move freely.

SMALL & LARGE: Peel back the film and remove the dressing and place the sachet in some warm water if frozen. Pre-heat the oven 200 C (FF) Cover the tray with tin foil and place in the pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes (from defrosted) to 18-20 minutes if (frozen). Pour the dressing over the cous cous and mix through.
