We do all the prep for you, shredding, fine slicing and julienning - a mix of cabbages - Savoy, Chinese and red, carrots and spring onions. We provide you with a separate vinaigrette of grainy mustard, cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to toss through. So fresh and versatile.
