Asian table herb combo
This sprightly mixture of herbs and sprouts, with crisp shallots to sprinkle, a lime to squeeze, and a birds eye chilli to chop, provides a crisp, fresh garnish for the sweet and tangy chicken laksa. Not suitable for freezing.

Serves two adults
Pluck the herbs, chop the chillies, cut the stalks off the sprouts (if you wish) and scatter, with the fried shallots, with quarters of lime on the side. Serve with the chicken laksa, or use with shredded chicken, prawns or pork as a fresh and delicious filling for rice paper rolls.
