This wholesome muffin mix is made exactly the way you would at home, separately mixing the wet and dry ingredients then just folding together with the fruit to combine. We then freeze the mixture for you to defrost and bake at home - it means we don't have to add any weird preservatives or anything artificial. NB even though the mixture is frozen, it never sets rock hard because of the sugar - don't worry; it's still at a safe temperature.
Self raising flour, apple, raspberries, free-range egg, rice bran oil, milk, caster sugar, salt, cinnamon.

- Individual:Serves one adult.
- Small:Serves two adults.
- Large:Serves 4-5 adults.
- Extra Large:Serves 6 adults.
DEFROST INFORMATION: Defrost in the fridge overnight before cooking.
Spoon the mixture into paper-lined muffin trays and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 medium muffins.
