A rustic, friendly sort of pudding, with a crunchy topping of coconut, brown sugar and a juicy base of apples and blueberries. We're supplying this in two separate bags for you to assemble at home in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180C for about 25 minutes until crisp, golden, and beginning to ooze toffee-ish fruit juice up around the sides. You could also bake the crumbles in individual ramekins (for a bit less time) for a dinner party. Either way, serve with thick cream, ice cream or custard. Suitable for freezing; defrost before cooking as above.
