Salted caramel protein balls

Back to Home

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

The protein in these balls comes not only from almonds, cashews and sprouting pea powder but from lucuma, a Peruvian wonder fruit! We blend them with dates, coconut oil and a bit of maple syrup for sweetness, roll the mixture into balls and coat them in almond meal and a sprinkle of Murray River sea salt flakes.

Almond butter, cashews, dates, sprouting pea protein powder, lucuma powder, sea salt flakes, organic maple syrup, coconut oil, ground almonds.

Please note: while we've made every effort to remove all date seeds, some may remain.

Defrost information: Defrost overnight in the fridge or at room temperature. Once defrosted, keep in the fridge for up to a month.
