So wholesome, so homely, so extremely easy to make when we've supplied you with a ready made log of biscuit dough.   We make the mix exactly as you would at home - so all you have to do is the fun, baking part!

  • Individual:Serves one adult.

A glass of milk or a cup of tea would both go delightfully!  Or make a sandwich with two biscuits and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream for dessert.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a raw mix and should be fully cooked before consumption. Defrost mix before using.

The simplest way to make the biscuits is to just to slice off rounds of about 1cm thickness.  You can also make golf-ball sized balls of mixture and flatten them on a baking-paper lined oven tray.

Bake in a preheated 160C oven for 15 minutes in total. 

For a crisper, flatter biscuit,  remove from the oven after the first five minutes and flatten them again with the bottom of a Pyrex jug, or similar. Return tray to the oven for the final 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.  Allow to cool and harden before removing to a rack to come to room temperature.

Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
