Roast sesame and rice vinegar dressing
A versatile little number, this nutty, sweet and tangy dressing (roast, pounded sesame seeds, soy, brown sugar and rice vinegar) is delicious as dip or drizzle for the chicken and edamame burgers or to toss through green vegetables and/or soba noodles. Defrost and bring to room temperature or warm gently before serving. 200ml.

Serves one person
Warm the dressing gently and serve as a dip or sauce with the chicken and edamame burgers or toss through a selection of cooked vegetables (broccolini, mushrooms, spring onions, asparagus, Asian greens) to serve alongside the miso-butter snapper. Or use to dress soba noodles with julienned cucumber and spring onions and shredded sous vide chicken or flaked ginger-soy salmon. See - we said it was versatile!
