A subtle twist on our usual hummus, with a light apricot colour and gentle sweetness - as well as an extra nutritional punch -  from blending raw carrots and a squeeze of orange juice into the usual creamy puree of chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and cumin. We'll be supplying this as a tub of hummus and about 15 rice crackers - enough for a generous snack or light lunch for one.
