Proper Greek Salad
We do all the prep for you - deseeding, plucking, cutting and slicing to give you a perfectly balanced Greek salad. To keep the salad fresh and crisp until you serve it, we're using our mildly brilliant Dinner Ladies Layering System (patent pending), with cheese, olives and finely sliced red onions at the bottom, then layers of sweet grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber and green capsicum, finishing with cos and, dill and mint at the top, nestled high and dry, with the lemon and olive oil dressing in a separate sachet.
