HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

We start with Puy lentils as a base, cooked with diced vegetables, red wine, tomatoes and herbs, with an extra punch of savoury flavour from ground dried porcini mushrooms. The filling is topped with a sprinkle of baby peas and then mashed potato which we've boosted with nutritional yeast and olive oil.

INGREDIENTS

Mashed potato [potato (sulphites), oat milk, olive oil, yeast, garlic, salt], puy lentils, peas, carrot, celery, mushroom, onion, red wine (sulphites, clarifying agent (milk 0.01%)), crushed tomatoes (tomato puree, citric acid), red wine vinegar (sulphites), tomato paste, porcini mushroom, vegetable stock (sea salt, maize maltodextrin, cane sugar, yeast extract, rice flour, onion, celery, garlic, spinach, natural flavours, disodium guanylate and inosinate, canola oil, chilli), garlic, parsley, salt, olive oil, thyme, bay leaves, rosemary

SIZES

Small:
Serves 1 (hungry!) - 2 adults
Large:
Serves 3-4 adults

GOES WITH

Serve with a green salad or some steamed, buttered green beans or broccoli.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Cook straight from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hour.

Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C.
Best cooked from frozen. 
 LARGE                                                                                                          
DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 45 minutes or until golden across the top.
FROZEN: cook for approximately 55 minutes or until golden across the top. 
SMALL
DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 35 minutes or until golden across the top.
FROZEN: cook for approximately 45 minutes or until golden across the top.
 

Serve with a green salad or some steamed green beans or broccoli.

Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary.
