
Parmesan Mash (1 litre)
Just like our buttered mashed potato, but with the addition of parmesan for even more lusciousness. Allow to defrost completely before using. Reheat in the microwave or over a gentle heat in a saucepan. It may separate and look lumpy but as you heat it, stirring from time to time, it will suddenly, magically, reassemble itself and be as delicious as it was the day it was made.
